New Car system surely for Worms 4 Racing (Soap Car System 1.0)

Hello

As I said on french w4-tweaking forum, I'm back for Worms 4 Racing development on 2015-2016 but the physics engine was updated to NVIDIA PhyX Engine version 3.3 and I remake the car system :/

So I decided to study on a new car system like mario-kart, CTR..., I developed a Arcade Kart System (Soap Car System 1.0) with simple collisions, easy to install and configure (knowledge required) .

Soap Car System will surely be used for Worms 4 Racing because it's easy and fun to test

Oh wow, and I just came back here too after 2 1/2 years. xD

Yeah I know ^^ the project was broke (but not canceled) cause bugs & optimizations problem But I tried to remake it correctly
